Sessions adjusted to your comfort level
If muscle tension, restricted movement, or physical stress is slowing you down, your body isn’t broken. It’s overloaded.
Sessions are designed to help your body move more comfortably and function more efficiently… so you can stay active without constantly working around discomfort.
Whether you’re golfing, playing pickleball, or just trying to stay active, your body takes on repeated stress over time.
Most people I work with aren’t looking for a routine massage.
They’re looking for something that actually helps.
About Your Session
I’m Corey Richason, a licensed massage therapist with more than two decades of hands-on experience.
I work with active adults who want thoughtful, individualized care and practical results without gimmicks or exaggerated claims.
Sessions may include a combination of deep tissue massage, sports massage, myotherapy, and mobility-focused work.
When useful, cupping, hot stone, or IASTM may be included.
No two sessions are identical. Treatment is based on assessment, not routine.
